The long overdue photo shoot I’ve been meaning to share with you all in celebration of my birthday is finally here! #march2nd
I didn’t want to make a big fuss so I kept it sweet, simple yet striking.
For the occasion, a bouquet of red daisies (instead of balloons), a draped scarlet-red chiffon dress paired with gold open toe sandals and matching gold bracelets.
I’m deliberately keeping this article short so you can enjoy browsing through the clichés that have commemorated this special day.
Oh, and how amazing is the setting : a sunny spring afternoon in the gardens of the majestic Eiffel Tower in Paris?
Oh Oui ! Oui ! Oui !
My sincere thanks to you all again for the beautiful birthday wishes on my instagram and Facebook page and thank you for taking the time to look through these photos and share this day with me.
I wanted to do something fun & unconventional – hence the flowers instead of balloons, all the while looking totally fabulous!
We really had a lot of fun doing the shoot – I can’t remember the last time I laughed this much.
I always thought reaching a certain age, I if I wasn’t living the life of my dreams then I could consider my life toast and wasted. But as I sit here today, I’m more than convinced that it’s still not too late to make my dreams come true. I am pretty content with what life has brought thus far and consider myself blessed in every way. My dreams are getting closer and closer every day and I sincerely hope to be able to share that journey with you.
Thank you all once again for sharing in all that I’ve ventured thru thus far and thank you in advance for your future support in always coming back.
